Sales Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are biological and small-batch, we do not accept returns.

Shipping & Delivery

We take responsibility for the journey. If your jar arrives damaged or broken, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately.

Product Use

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are the sovereign of your own skin. Use as directed. We are not held liable for any adverse effects, health issues or other personal harm.

Payment

We accept Bitcoin payments via Lightning Network and on-chain transactions. All payments are processed through OpenNode. Prices are displayed in USD and converted to BTC at checkout.
